I have purchse note 20ultra after 2days my phone has been restart and stuck on logo 2hours after that I am go customer care center (customer care )told me we have change your software and delete your all personal data after software my phone working good but after 20 days I have face same problem(stuck on logo) 1. very poor and disgusting Samsung brand 2.very important data lost
I am totaly upset with this phone. to compare with Note8. It looks nice, but funkctionality becomes ofull. After several weeks i am near decision how to reduse of it. To many mistakes - the reklama pops amost in every old and very used apps, and it covers 90%of screen! That apps that was wery usefuul in Note 8, in this phone behaves as they want. You waist time to escape some how, or swich off, in old models advertisments was small, works at the botom, pesfully , it aloes you to work. Now- reklama first!, big , unexpektedly covers all screen(90%) and distructs everything what are you doing- writing, making notices or opening files. exp.- you look for a goods to by, next time by opening the programe you will be owercrowded with 5-10 big ads in the top or instead what you want to find ant that stuff covers several screens down! I only did reputing datas of my old Note to a new by Samsung Note 20 ultra opening instructios , automaticaly. exz - in Call(phone) app I has my clients on different sounds- it everything dissapiered, additional- if you want to choise a call sound- it doesnt give you the exzact file of your sounds for call, but mix all sounds that can finde in the phone, even the audio books in one place! I can count hundred nonsenses for that this phone is unusefull. Sorry, i was fan of Note phones from the first one. But this note 20 ultra is stuff. Id like my money back.

Been using mobile for a about a 2 months. Team of Chaps who designed it, haven't added many features st all. A big mistakes is ring tones. All of them peoples those who have excellent hearing. What about those who are with hard hearing. Nothing at all. Then operation manuals, most or must I say all of them. Don't know how to write operation instructions at all. They never ever give examples at all. I rather stop here. I can write lot more. I someone from Samsung does keeps an-Eye on these comments. I doubts it.
I just heard that the S21 supported S-pen. After that I'm here instantly. I like that the original Spen is the one that can fit in a phone. Pls Samsung keeps the Note series go beyond anyway.

a cool thing to add to the s pen: when you put a ring around a date in the calender, make it notify you on that you put a ring on the date. lets say for example you have to go see the dentist januray 24th, then put a ring around that date, then the phone detects it and give a notification on the galaxy watch and phone.

Well Ho Ho Ho Samsung. I got a Note 20 Ultra for Xmas. That's $1400 phone. I purchased this from Best Buy and got a few cases to try out. THE VERY FIRST TIME I put phone in the case, the little bit of stress that the phone underwent cracked the front class from center right to center bottom! The phone works fine, you can't really see the crack unless you hold the phone at a certain angle but you can feel it. It's a 1400 dollar phone and you can't put a case on it? God forbid it should every be dropped. Called Samsung customer support and of course they couldn't care less. "so sorry but we don't cover physical damage". Well, I came back to Samsung after 4 years with an LG that cost about half of what this phone costs. My LG never had a single issue, I came back to Samsung specifically for the "pen". This is obviously a quality control issue. There are hundreds of thousands of these out there and I've not read any other complaints about this issue. Yes people have broken screens but they dropped the phone or ran over it with a semi-tractor trailer. I simply put a case on my phone in front of a room full of people who all witnessed the incident. I'll be writing Samsung about this and I'll be posting this comment in EVERY SINGLE YOU TUBE reviewers video. This is completely unwarranted baloney that should NEVER be able to go unaddressed. This is an abusive mistreatment of a customer on the part of a company that is simply unwilling to acknowledge that it might actually have screwed up. BUYER BEWARE: If you're thinking of buying a NOTE 20 ULTRA don't even think about putting a standard case on it.
